SMG Architects Hires Pawel Bujnowski
BALTIMORE, MD 30 March, 2006 -- Pawel Bujnowski joined the Baltimore office of SMG Architects as Intern Architect to work on the firm’s expanding portfolio of residential and adaptive use projects.
Mr. Bujnowski’s most recent experience was with the Interiors Division of Permasteelisa Cladding Technologies (PCT), where he designed retail and office space.
Prior to joining PCT, Mr. Bujnowski founded and managed his own design-build firm, Odd Box Design, in Enfield, CT. Projects included large-scale residential work as well as custom furniture fabrication.
“Pawel brings a wealth of knowledge and ‘hands-on’ experience to the SMG design team,” said Walter Schamu, FAIA, Principal and founder of SMG Architects.
Born in Warsaw, Poland, Mr. Bujnowski moved to the United States at age 13. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Architecture from Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI, and studied abroad in the Czech Republic, Austria and Italy.
