This adaptive use project involved the transformation of the 1857 Baltimore Equitable Society Building into an Irish pub and restaurant.  SMG Architects designed a new entrance, stairway, and elevator.  Major historic spaces were repaired and refinished, including the full facade restoration.  All work was approved by the Maryland Historical Trust.
