This 21,000 square foot clubhouse features golfing facilities on the main level, and the upper floor contains a banquet room, grille, lounge, kitchen and open pavilion. Storage for 70 golf carts is provided in the basement.  To keep the construction on schedule, SMG Architects employed a fast-track, design-build method.
