For the design of this 26,000 square foot clubhouse located on a 27-hole public golf course, SMG Architects sought to integrate the character of the nearby historic Denby Farmhouse.  Facilities include a 300-person ballroom, a 150-seat restaurant, and storage for 100 golf carts. The building was named "Building of the Year" by the National Frame Builders Association.
