This project creates a new 170-room hotel in two adjacent buildings -- an historic 5-story loft, and a new 11-story tower.  Hotel lobby and retail spaces are at street level with meeting rooms and hotel amenities, such as pool, exercise room and business center, on the second level.  Expected completion time is spring of 2008.
