After years of neglect, this 1911 Baltimore landmark was transformed into studio space for artists. SMG Architects designed a small interior fire stair which met with City Fire Department and Maryland Historic Trust approval and allows the buildings to be fully occupied. The work included new lighting, HVAC, elevator, and exterior revision.
