Homewood House   Baltimore, MD — 2004

The 1801 Charles Carroll residence, now owned by the Johns Hopkins University, is one of the finest surviving examples of Federal Period Architecture.  SMG Architects is retained to provide historic preservation guidance.  Repairs have been made to the roof, gutters, masonry and wood trim, all while the building remained in full use.
