SMG designed this new pool house and guest quarters on the Sassafrass River.  The owners wanted the building to reflect the sense of whimsy in the architecture of the main house.  A party room features a wood vaulted ceiling and indoor and exterior fireplace.  A tower element contains kitchen, baths, and guest bedrooms with river views.
