This house on the Choptank River was designed to utilize an existing abandoned foundation.  The owner's programmatic needs were accommodated while maintaining a light, airy interior with river views from all major rooms.  The farmhouse, featuring an 8,000 square foot terrace overlooking the Choptank, is designed to appear as though it "grew" naturally over time.
